Your contact data is stored and managed within GoHighLevel CRM, a U.S.-based customer relationship management platform. GoHighLevel processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy and applicable U.S. data protection standards.
By submitting a form that includes your phone number and checking the SMS consent box, you expressly consent to receive text messages from The Sign Company of San Antonio regarding your quote request and project updates.
Message frequency varies by project stage — typically 2 to 6 messages per active project. Standard message and data rates may apply. This program is delivered via A2P 10DLC registered messaging through GoHighLevel.
To opt out of SMS at any time, reply STOP to any message. To request help, reply HELP. Opting out does not affect your ability to receive project communications via email. We do not use your phone number for marketing unrelated to your active inquiry.

Submitting a quote request form does not create a contractual obligation on either party. Quotes are prepared following a project consultation and are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing.
All project work is governed by a separate written agreement signed prior to fabrication. Pricing, timelines, and specifications in that agreement supersede any general information presented on this website.
All photography, design files, and written content on this site are the property of The Sign Company of San Antonio unless otherwise credited. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
Design files and artwork produced by our team for a client project remain our property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as specified in the project agreement.
The Sign Company of San Antonio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim related to this site is limited to zero dollars, as no commercial transaction occurs through the site itself.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from use of this site or services rendered under a project agreement shall be resolved in Bexar County, Texas.
